How long can I keep the totes?
Each package includes two weeks. Extra weeks are $40 for Small Move, $60 for Medium Move, and $80 for Large Move. Contact us to discuss package pricing and your planned dates. Online reservations are not open yet.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included within our service area. We collect both addresses when you book so the totes can be picked up at your new home.
Which package should I choose?
Small Move includes 20 totes and one dolly; Medium Move includes 40 totes and two dollies; Large Move includes 60 totes and three dollies. Bedroom counts are a starting point—choose based on how much you need to pack.
Are the totes cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Totes are cleaned and sanitized between rentals, ready for your next move.
When do I pay?
Online reservations and payments are not open yet. You can ask about packages and your planned move by email or phone. An inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
What happens when I finish unpacking?
Have the empty totes and dollies ready at your pickup address on your scheduled collection date. If you need extra time, contact us before the pickup date to check availability.
Does Stackd move my belongings?
No. We deliver the empty totes and dollies, then collect them after you unpack. Moving your packed belongings is handled by you or your movers.
Can delivery and pickup be at different addresses?
Yes—that is how most moves work. Both addresses must be within our service area. Include any access instructions for each location.
Are reusable totes better than cardboard?
They are ready to pack, stack together, and can be used on the next move after yours. You avoid buying, building and breaking down a set of cardboard boxes. Totes do not replace protective wrapping for fragile belongings.
Can I change or extend a rental?
Contact Stackd before the scheduled pickup date. Extra time depends on availability and the package’s additional-week rate. Do not assume an extension is reserved until it is confirmed.
