How long can I keep the totes?
Each package includes two weeks. Extra weeks are $40 for Small Move, $60 for Medium Move, and $80 for Large Move. Choose your dates before checkout to see the rental total.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included within our service area. We collect both addresses when you book so the totes can be picked up at your new home.
Which package should I choose?
Small Move includes 10 totes and one dolly; Medium Move includes 15 totes and two dollies; Large Move includes 25 totes and three dollies. Choose based on how much you need to pack.
Are the totes cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Totes are cleaned and sanitized between rentals, ready for your next move.
When do I pay?
Online rentals are paid at booking through Stripe. Review your package, dates, delivery and pickup details, and rental policies before paying.
What happens when I finish unpacking?
Have the empty totes and dollies ready at your pickup address on your scheduled collection date. If you need extra time, contact us before the pickup date to check availability.
